Thank you for visiting my new website. I plan on using this blog to regularly publish snippets of advice in the fields I work on in my health coaching practice, namely sleep and relaxation, exercise and movement, nutrition, stress and relationships. I will occasionally share research articles and other webpages that I find interesting. You might even find particularly yummy recipes for dishes that I either discovered somewhere, or invented!
